It has been officially confirmed that Chike (Vicious Croc) Lindsay from the United States will battle Somluck Kamsing from Thailand at the upcoming World Stand Off event on Saturday, March 2, 2012. This upcoming epic battle has been made official with both fighters committing to the fight by signing contracts.
With high expectations for 2013 this will without a doubt be the biggest main event for Push Kick Promotions since its creation. This is an exciting match up as both fighters have a wealth of experience with many titles and accomplishments.
Chike Lindsay has a career fight record of 21-2 with accomplishments such as the USMTA Super Welterweight World Title, WKA Super Welterweight North American Title, and WBC Muay Thai Super Welterweight International Title just to name a few.
Somluck Kamsing has a career fight record of 68-8 with accomplishments such as an Olympic Gold Medal, Rajadamnern Stadium Champion, and Hiroki Ishii Titans 1st Kitakyushu Japan Champion.
While Chike Lindsay has been making a name for himself over the last few years with several impressive wins over some well known fighters it has been the exact opposite for his upcoming opponent.
Somluck Kamsing had not fought in several years but just recently made his return to the Muay Thai ring. In his first fight after an extended layoff he returned with a third round TKO over Yodwanpadet Suwanwichit in Bangkok’s Rajadamnern Stadium. Before his time away from the sport Somluck Kamsing was regarded as a top fighter in the world of Muay Thai.
Now with the contracts officially signed the countdown to World Stand Off begins! The goal for PKP has been and will always be to take Muay Thai to new heights and we continue to make progress in doing so. The upcoming full fight card is stacked with several of the biggest names in the industry but is yet to be revealed. PKP is changing the game and the game is about to get interesting.
